In the London rooster competition, last Saturday, Leeston defeated Southbridge by 45 points. Tho scores in each rink were as follows (Leeston names first): —Ncavc as v. Pafkin 10; Purser 28 v. Mackrell 24; Watson 22 t. Hannah 19; Curran 31 v. Tone 11. Leeston 109, Southbridge 64. In tho nsxt match, Dnnsandel *lll play Southbridge. Should Dunsandel bo defeated, Leeston will hold the rooster, but in the event of Dunsandel winning, a play-off will be necessary. Nest Saturday the annual match between eeyen rinks representing Christchnreh and Ellesmere clubs will be played-on. the Leeston green, commencing, at 2.30 pjn.
