ACCUSED BEFORE COURT. (PHESS ASSOCIATION TBLEGBAJO DUNEDIN, November 23. Mrs Ellen Hart, who appeared at the Magistrate's Court, -was formally charged with the murder of Lindsay Hart on November 9th. She was remanded till Thursday, when the case will proceed. During the brief period of the proceedings this morning, accused sab huddled up in a corner of the dock with her head buried in her hands, appearing almost to he in a state of collapse. She had to be assisted from the Court by the police matron and Ensign Coombs.
