♦- . PERSONNEL OF COUNCIL. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON- November 20. There have been some drastic changes, in the personnel of the Council of the Xcw Zealand Amateur Atbictic , Association. Of last year's Council five members have not been rc-clected. The new delegates are— Auckland, W. V. ilorton und L. A. Tracy; Canterbury, H. Austcd and K. Guy; Ota go, J. Taylor" uiid J. W. Hccnan; ■Wellington, G■. Losir and I!. TV. JlcYiily; West Coast, of North Island. R- Conhon and I - '. Wilton. Amom* theso not rc-eiei.tc.rt is Mr A. T. Davics. who has for some years been chairman of the Council. Mr F. Wilton, who represented Canterbury lust year, lias been appointed as delegate for Wanganui.
