DELEGATES RETURN TO ENGLAND. (by cable—press association-—coptright.) (australian and n.z. cable association.) LONDON, November 18. The "Daily Telegraph," apropos of the arrival home of the last delegates, devotes an editorial to a review of the work, of the Imperial'Press-Conference. It acknowledges the . generous hospitality, of- the peoples of New Zealand and Australia, and trusts that the resolutions of the conference' will be the subject of appropriate action in order to establish closer contact. The newspaper says that the people's Empire must have more ample means of communication, free and untrammelled, as well as cheap. This is the message of the. conference. '
