The death is announced of the Rt. Hon. Sir Francis Hyde Villiers. [The Et. Hon. Sir Francis Hyd© Villiers, P. 0., G.GVM-,G., G.GV.O, was the fourth son of the 4th Earl of Clarendon, and was 73 years of age- He had held various. appointments in theForeign Office, and from 1896 to 1955 was Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs. He was Envoy Extraordinary Portugal 1905-11, and to" Belgium. 1911-19; he was Ambassador to Belgium 1919-20.]
