ATTRACTIVE SHARE ISSUE
$ BY ELECTRIC "PRODUCTS AND GRAMOPHONES, LTD. The above Company, which has a nominal capital of £50,000, announces an issue of 12,000 shares' at a premium of Is. A portion of this new issue is now offered in ChTistehurch. Confidence in the Company is encouraged by the fact that 60 per cent, of the shares are held by the Directors, and by the' rapid progress and bright nrospects of this concern. The turnover was increased by 100 per cent, in six months, and is still improving. A 10 per cent, dividend was paid in July for six months, equal to 20 per cent, per annum. A further 10 per cent, dividend for six months, ending 31st December, 1925, will be paid in January, 1926. All shares applied for prior to the Ist November will rank for dividend as from July Ist, 1925.
