VICEREGAL WEDDING.
WOMEN'S GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP. ■TO-DAY'S "WEEKLY PRESS." Of special interest to womenfolk is to-day's issue of the "Weekly Press." Three pages are devoted to the wedding of the Governor-General's daughter, Miss Helen Fergusson, and Major lieonard P. Haviland. The bride's beautiful wedding dress is shown in one of a fine series of pictures, and there is also a whole page 6ludio portrait of Mrs Haviland. Another feature of feminine interest is a page of the Ladies' Golf Championship" of New Zealand at Miramar. There is a series of pictures of the Southern Command Infantry. Instruction Camp at Burnham, another showing the Chr/istchureh Boys' itigh School sports, and one also of the visit of the whaling' ship, the Sir James Clark Ross, to Lyttelton. Other pictures of local interest include the opening of the United Lawn. Tennis, Bowling, f„nd Croquet Club, the garden fete at Rannerdale Soldiers' Home, and portraits of fifty election candidates.
