JOHNSON'S CASE ADJOURNED. (Received October 29, 1.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, October ES. The Deportation Board sat to hear the ease, of Jacob Johnson. Mr Watt appealed for an adjournment till the finding in the Walsh case was known, but the chairman refused, saying that they were finished with Walsh, but could not disclose the finding. There was no intention of preventing Walsh from testing the validity of the proceedings of the Court. Mr Watt then withdrew. Mr Meagher, counsel for Johnson, appealed for an adjournment till the Federal elections were over. The Conrt refused, but granted an adjournment till Mondav.
