Thomas) was charged with having stolen a screwjack valued at £3, the property of Richard Allinson. The Magistrate said that he was not satisfied that tho identification marks on the tool were sufficient on which to send a man for trial. Tho information was dismissed. WANDERING" COW. Two charges against Walter Payne, of allowing a cow to wander at large, were dismissed.
