H- Bsse-and, Provincial C.R., pre&ided over 3 large attendance of parents and children at the inaugural rueetifle of tin Pride of Cbristcburch lents second juvenile branch- Bro. Bascand 6 P° ke on the advantages of Bechabitism, illus trine to the parent® the liberal benefits obtainable and the unbounded success o£ Juvenile Bechabltian throughouti the world. Seventeen candidate® were admitted o Order, and seven members admitted on transfer. The candidates wero initiated by the officer* of the Tawera Juvenile Tent under Sletcr Coombea. Bro. J. Smith, P.P.C.B-, as installing Levite. Bro. A. Martin, District D.K., Bro. W. Dean, P.S.J.T.. and Bro. J. Smith. P. Frov. C.R, also briefly addreisted the meeting. Bro. Martia read a letter from tho District Office congratulating the Pride of Christchnrch Tent on its enterprise in starting a ceeond Juvenile Tent, and winhing the new Tent every success. It -was decided to hold over the naming of the Tent till the nest meeting. Items were given by Sie. Davies, Sis. T. Riselev, and Sis. Leish. Ero. Baacand thanked the parents for attending and cal'ed upon the newly-installed U.K., bis. Gibbard, to conduct the closing ceremony. Supper was served br the Sisters of tne Pndo of ChrUtchnrcb Tent.
