Tho Prince- of Wales, aboard H.M.Ss Bepuloe, arrived at- Portsmouth as noon to-day on his return from .South •Africa and £outh America. H.M.S. Repulse was escorted by destroyers and flying-boats. Repulse berthed pa»etually at noon amidst the aotmd vi saluting guns. The cheering populace occupied every vantage point. *R»* Prince waved his hat from the bridge.
