Coastguard officials announced today that the "Dry Navy" had captured ictt sea-going vessel*, with approximately -100 prisoners since the concentrated effort against rum smugglers was begun seven months ago. Four Government ships have been lost with three, members of their crews during operations. The value of liquor taken exceeded 10,030,000 dollars. Congress will be asked to increase appropriations for the anti-emuggling service.
