PRIME MINISTER OF MALTA.

The Empire Parliamentary Association gave a luncheon to Ugo Pasquale Mifsud, the first Prime Minister of Malta to visit Britain since the granting of self-government. Mr L. C. M. S. Amery, presiding, emphasised the real success of the constitutional experiment at Malta five years ago.
