ADMINISTRATION BY THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE. When a business man. appoints the Public Trustee as his executor and the trustee of his estate he may rent assured that every duty will be faithfully performed. The lobr experience of tho Public Trust Office, its staff of welltrained officers —specialists in tho various branches of the work—and its financial resources enable it to meet any emergency that may arise after the testator has passed away. The\ Public Trustee is empowered to make advances to estates on the security of their assets, and this provision often enables the realisation of assets to be postponed until s favourable market "arrives, and prevent* the loss which would result from a forced salo at an inopportune time. The power to finance estates in this manner also enables difficult and involved estates to be carried on by the Public Trustee until they can be realised to the best advantage.
