The members of the guild were Mesdames J. btevenson H S. Lawrence, P. Wynn Williams William Day, Charles Cooper, Frank Scott, E. J. Conner T. W. Cane, George Ait ken, Herbert ActonAdams, Malcolm Powne, Sloman, *. G. Gibson, Eric Harper, and Miss Bromley Cocks. In addition to the work stall, at which Mesdames Day, Cooper, Cordner, Lawrence, and Wynn Williams acted as saleswomen, a sweets-stall, in charge of Mesdames Stevenson, Acton\dams, and Aitken, did a brisk business, and Mesdames E. Harper and Scott and Miss Bromley Cocks quickly disposed of their stock of home-made cakes. Mesdames Sloman, Gibson, Powrie, and Cane dispensed afternoon tea to the visitors, amongst whom were Mrs J. Cracroffc Wilson (president of the Plunket Society), Mrs A. H Bristed (a former president), Mrs M H.
