EVACUATION OF STJEDIA.
APPEAL FOR ISLAMIC SUPPORT. (ST CASUt-raXSS ASSOCIATIOS-COrTZIGHT.) (rxut»'s TSL«nujrsO PARIS, September 11. A dispatch, from Esra announces the complete evacuation of Suedia, the capital of Jebel-Druz, by the l>ruz population, but official circles in Paris bo far have not confirmed the report. Th© Esra dispatch describes carayans of camels as taking the women and children to th© mountainous region of TranWordania, and says that the Druz forces still occupy the vailed portion of the town, which they utilise as a strong point for attack. The French garrison, 700 strong, is gtill gurronndod in the citadel. The besiegers, however, themselves have "been attacked by tho French relief force, which has just arrived.
The Druz leader, Atrash, in a proclamation, appeals to tho Islamic world for assistance. He declares that the Druses are determined to- continue the struggle in the mountains till all capable of bearing arms are killed. \.
