Explaining why he had taken the paper, the man said he ffad only taken it "to have a glance at the news." It was tho first, paper he had taken; he did not know anything about other papers. For the sake ot his wife and family he asked that Ms name bo suppressed from the papers. "I'll extend to you all the leniency I can " said his Worship. Under the First Offenders' Probation Act he discharged the man without recording a conviction, and he directed that tho defendant's name bo not •uublished. v JUVEXILE COURT.
