The 36-hole final of tho Avondale Club Cliampionsliij) resulted ill a win for E. Prince, who beat the hokler, J, Millard, 1 up. The match was of interest throughout, Prince being '5 up j at the close of the morning round. Millard recovered, and going out in the afternoon he was two under bogey, and eventually became 2 up at the 32nd hole. I'rince, however, won the next three holes in 4, 5, 5, against bogey 4, 5> G, and was lup with 1 to .play.
