FRENCHMAN'S LOSS IN LONDON. (BY CABLE —TRESS ASSOCIATION COPTBIGKT.) (RENTER'S TILKGKAM.S.) LONDON, August 14. It transpires that while attending at the Foreign Office, M. Thierry, principal private secretary to Briand, French Foreign Minister, discovered that a wallet containing £SOO and important documents was missing. So far no trace hag been obtained of it-
