GIRL KILLED.
(PEESS ASSOCIATION TZLEGHAH.) AUCKLAND, August 13. Betty Hartv, aged_ 10, daughter of Mrs Harty, widow, of Point Chevalier, when alighting from a 'bus at St. Joseph's Convent School, slipped and was run over and killed by a City Council lorry, driven by E. H. l'eters. 'j'he child's head was crushed.
