LANCASTER PARK.
BOARD OF CONTROL
The Lancaster Park Board of Control met last night. Present, Mr A. Dey (chairman), W. H. Winsor, C. S. McCully, W. Simpson, and E. B. Ward. The Board approved of the chairman's action in granting the Fleet Entertainment Committee the use of the Park for baseball matches on August 19tli and 20tli. The sum of £I3OO 15s 9d was shown in the financial statement as having been received from football matches during the period from July Bth to August 11th. The period was commenced with a credit balance of £.641 17s 4d, and ended with a balance of £SSB 15s 6d.
