RELIGIOUS EDUCATION.

The School of Religious Education met in St. Paul's Schoolroom, Lichfield street, last evening. There was a large gathering of students. During the first period Mr B. Hercus, M.A., delivered an excellent address on "The Interval Between the Old and !Sew Testaments." He gave a very graphic historical outline of those four or live centuries. During the second period, Miss F. Warner fcpoke on "The' Programme of Religidus Education.'' Both addresses were listened to with keen attention and profit.
