T NCREASED FOR COMING YEAR <BT CABLE— PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPTXIGHT) (EBUTEB'S TBIEOBAMS.) TOKIO, July 0. A draft of the naval estimates for the coming year shows a total of 280,000,000 yen, including 72,000,000 for auxiliary vessels, and 8,000,000 for warship construction, and 10,000,000 for new weapons. Compared with the present year's estimates the draft shows an increase of 00,000,000, but it is liable to drastic cutting at tne coming session of the Diet. [The yen has a par value of approximately 2s.]
