Geary took six wickets for 52 runs. Surrey won by 82: runs. Yorkshire made 414 for nine wickets and declared (Oldroyd 86, Kilner 59, Rhodes not out 114). Somerset in their first innings iraade 148 (Earlo 55). Robinson , took five wickets for 65.' Somerset in their second innings made 116, Macaulay took four wickets for. 29 runs. Yorkshire wen by an innings and 150 runs. Sussex in their first innings made 147 (Watßon C 3). McDonald took five wickets for 83 runs. Sussex in their second innings made 124. R. Tyldesley took seven wickets for 43 runs. Lancashire made 415 runa for nine wtckets and declared (Hallows IC3, E. Tyldesley 82). Lancashire won by an innings and 144 runs. For Kent against Warwick, Freeman too.< five wickets for 46 and Wright four for 11, including the hat trick. ~.,„„ For Warwick, Cook toox five wickets for 22 runs. Kent won. Fox Essex against Northants Pernn made 102. ■ Douglas took five wickets for 52 rune, and Nichol five for C 3 I<or Northants, Wright took six w.ckets for 103 runs. Essex won. For Worcester against Gloucester Root took six wickets for 62 runs and five for 63. For Gloucester, Parker took eight wickets for 42 runs. Gloucester won. For Notts against Glamorgan, VSalksr made 115 not out. Notts won. ■
