WALTHAM CLUB. The annual nocial and presentation of prizes of the Yi'ultham Amateur Swimming Club was an unqualified success, over «U0 people attending. The- committee were indefatigable in their efforts to please everybody. The M.C.'s were Messrs 11. Cox and H. JI. Cox. Music was supplied by Jackson's Orchestra. Mr. C. Kent, the club handicapper, sjiofce about the necessity of all young people being taught the art of swimming. The prizes won during the year were presented bv Mr C. Ilnrvev as follows:
