ELLESMERE GUN CLUB.
The Ellesrnere Gun Club held a shoot at Lakesido last Saturday, consisting of clay sweeps, sparrows not being available. Weather conditions were .ideal.
In the first sweep, in which 19 shooters competed, tho following l , with 8 on, divided the money:—W. Quigley, W. Winchester, J. "Vince, D. McGregor, D. Roid, H. Stephens. In the second sweep, 20 shooters competed, and tho money was divided by S. Vince, S. Jflckman, E. D. Donald, and F. Rowell. There were cntfies for a first-miss-out, and at tho eleventh round S. Jackman and R. D, Donald divided the stake, W. Quigley being runner-up •with ten breaks.
