Information received from the battleship Pennsylvania, off Honolulu, says the Hawaiian war games cndVd to-day, when the umpires decided that tho invading fleet was in a clear position to achieve its mission aud cantuie Oahu Island, which from the poin.l of, actual strategy of American defence must be amply defended against capture by a real enemy." It is regarded 'ftbat, properly organised, a superior force under good weather conditions such as favoured the present invaders, cvin.land on the north coast of Oahu and tike the island by assault.
