The total Post and Telegraph revenue from all sources for the year e:ded Mareh 31st was £3,043,511, compared with £2,688,953 for the previous year. Postages contributed £1,143,389, money order and postal note commissions £5U,703, private box and bag rents and rural delivery tees £49,85u, miscellaneous receipts (postal) £ ltio,osu, paid telegrams £v49,1u0, and teleplione exchange rentals aud miscellaneous (telegraph) £902,407. Expenditure figures are not yet available. Savings Bank deposits amounted to £2i),oi<z,6!}7, and withdrawals to £b0,4i0,u09, thus exceeding deposits by £830,712.
