The Prince of Wales and his statt were present while hundreds of men wore shaved and sent flying into the bath and ducked-. Tho Prince received an address from Father Neptune in which Neptune offered a daughter in marriage, the daughter being a green-gewned lad with a fighting face, The Prince replied, declining the proffered bride, in a humorous poem of his own composition.
