MEETING OF CREDITORS.

BANKRUPT GARDENER

A meeting of creditors, -which was to have been held yesterday in the bankrupt estate of William Moore, gardener, of Amberley, lapsed for want of a quorum. Among the unsecured creditors were: Savage and demons £73 12s 4d, J. G. "Ward and Co., Ltd., £l9 6s lid Para Bubber Co. £l4 3s lOd, Tench Bros. £7, David Crozier, Ltd., £7 Is. The total amount owing to unsecured creditors was £124 'Os 2d. The only secured creditor was 0. P. Bmfce, to whom bankrupt owed £4O. Bankrupt, in his statement, attributed his failure to ill-health. He said that he had previously been a taxi-proprietor, but judgments had been secured against him for repairs, etc., to his car. He had raised a bill of sale on his car and his furniture, and subsequently his car had been seized and sold for £3O. There was etill a balance owing under the bill of sale for £4O, which now covered what furniture he had.
