GUARANTEE BILL. (BT CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) (REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.) (Received April Ist, 7.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 31. The House of Commons read a second time the British Empire Exhibition Guarantee Bill, by which £1.100,000 is guaranteed. Mr A. M. Samuel, the mover, said it was hoped t.i:c Exhibition would open in the first week in May.
