The Home Secretary, Sir William Joynson-Hicks, informed the Board, of Trade in cases where the Registrar ot Bankruptcy made a recommendation he will seriously consider the deportation of alien bankrupts who evade trading responsibility by questionable methods and leave creditors in tho lurch. ■
