NOVEL COPYRIGHT CASE. (BT CABLE—MESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (ACSTEALIAN ASD N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, March 23. Mr Justice Eomcr, in the Chancery Court, heard a novel copyright case, Lloyd Osbourne, E. L. Stevenson's stepson, seeking to restrain Dents from publishing Stevenson's "Kidnapped" and "Treasure Island" in one volume with the payment of a single royalty. Mr Justice Bonier refused the application on the ground that the Copyright Act did not expressly prohibit the issuing of more than one work ih a single volume.'
