DUNSANDEL CLUB. At- the annual meeting of the iJnnsandci Football Club. Mr H. A. Brown presided over ai; att.'iriance of 16 membire. The annual report stated that last season the senior team had to be -withdrawn from the competition on account of the shortage of players. Three junior players had gained the honour of inclusion in the Ellesmere junior representative team. The balancesh»et showed a credit of £l3 Os lid. CANTERBURY FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION.
ANNUAL REPORT. The annual report of the Canterbury Football Association, which will be submitted at tho annual meetings of delegates cm Monday, congratulates tho Association on the success of the past season. The League championships were interesting, and Snnnyside were the fortunate- winner?. The Boys' Uivision Committee had been kept busy and bad had a very full season. The representative fixtures had been numerous, and the teams had well upheld the standard of the game in Canterbury. The finances of the Association were steadily improving, as, in addition to the excess of assets over liabilities, the Committee was hopeful of getting a share of the profits of the decent Chinese tour, and also the balance of the guarantee money from the Auckland Association. The excess of assets over liabilities was £350 18s "A. The report, also set out. the following recommendation* from the Committee: — "That the official opening of the season be held on Saturday, April 18th. 1925fthat al! entries clo3e at noon on Thursday, April nth, 1925; that every club be recommended to run a junior as well as a senior team: that the six leading teams of last year's Senior Competition form an 'A* Division, and the other competing teams of last year's Senior Division, together with any other newly formed senior team, be classed as a 'B' Division, members of Voth divisions to be. eligible /or representative honours; ithttf. not moro than five vice-presidents be elected at, this annual meeting, and that the incoming Management Committee be recommended not to extend the vice-presidents' list daring their term of office; that special subcommittees be appointed to control the. secondary and primary schools' competitions, and also the fourth, flfth and sixth grades; that the custom of the past few seasons in allowing a direct representative of. each affiliated club to attend and vote at meetings of the Management Committee be dropped, and the constitution strictly adhered to;'and that new clubs applying for affiliation with the C.F.A. mntt have at least 75 per cent, new playing members.''
