Cock, a lcbour.tr, g:ive evidence to the effect that *ie was riding a bicycle along Colombo street towards the Square when the collision occurred. He passed a tram car which had stopp.'d hi Colombo street, nt the Tuaui street corner, and as he did so he noticed an omnibus nboiit 35 yards down Tu;ni street East, but it- was proceeding; towards the tram .inc.
