They must. pursue their present constitu-tional-Labour policy, using; trade union action, and striving for Parliamentary reform: Nevertheless, the Labour delegates will refrain from-harsh criticism of the SorrieVand emphasise the contrast between vast peasant Russia and compact, highly-industrialised Britain. Labour believes that Britain would be justified in lending money to Russia, where there is ample security.
