♦ CONGRESSMEN INVITED. (»t caslu—pbesb associatiok—coptbioht) ("Aegus.") (Eeccivcd February 10th, 9 p.m.) •WASHINGTON, February- 9. Mr Wilbur, Secretary' of the Navy, in an interviow, expressed Oils satisfaction at Congressional approval of thc Naval Appropriations Bill, providing funds for the Hawaiian manoeuvres of thc Fleet and the Australian cruise. Thc Bill was placed in Mr Coolidge's hands to-day, and his signature is expected shortly. Meantime thc Navy Department is continuing all preparations. A group of Congressmen has- been invited to accompany the ships during the manoeuvres, and the members of Congress might possibly go on to Australia and New Zealand.
