"TRADERS" FOILED. RUGBY UNION'S DRASTIC MOVE. (BT CABLE —PHESB ASSOCIATION—COmiOHT.) (MUTER'S TSLBORAHSO LONDON, January 20. A sensation was caused in the Rugby world' by the action of the Scottish Rugby Union in cancelling all stand tickets sold at a premium for tho Scotland v. France match at Edinburgh on Saturday.
The tickets had been extensively advertiseff, and were known to have changed hands for lafge sums. Persons who have paid more than the face value have been requested to communicate with the Union's solicitors.
