ASHLEY COUNTY COUNCIL. — N accordance with Section 2b the Counties Act, 1920, Sections 8 to 13 the- Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1913, and amendments thereto, the ASHLEY COUNTY COUNCIL notifies that it proposes to raise a LOAN of £BOO for building ft- new County Office, with removal of tho present building. As security for interest and repayment of the loan, a Special Rate of one thirty-second of a penny in tho £ over the whole County is proposed, and it is intended also to pay out of loan the preliminary expenses and tho first year's interest and sinking fund during construction of the work.
