PEERS REFORM BILL.
A JAPANESE MEASURE. (WTOTM'S TILIMAUS.) (Received December 28th, 5.5 p.m.) TOKYO, December 27. In the Diet, the Minister of Justice announced that the Government Peers Bcform Bill would be introduced during the session. This announcement followed a threat from the Seiyu-kai rank and file to introduce a resolution demanding reform of the Upper House.
