At the annual' meeting 1 to be held in London on January 13t.h, the directors will reoommend that a final dividend be declared,, making a. total of 7 per cent, per annum, (less income tax 4s 6d in the £), absorbing £49,000, that £IO,OOO be carried to reserve and that £35,600 be carried for'wp.rd. . • The £50,000 appropriated to provision for exchange laat year has been ref ransferred to the cfcbit eide of the balance-sheet.
