A jury at Naples liad just found a peasant, Sabatino, guilty of the murder of a missing butcher, frith whom he quarrelled, when the latter rushed into the Court and explained that Sabatino during the fight knocked him senselesJ. Thereafter ho suffered the loss of his memory, and strayed away, and he bad recovered his memory only that day when ho 'first learned of the trial. The Judgu adjourned the case to hare the butcher identified.
