Nightwatehmen and policemen found throe bulky parcels iti different thoroughfaros in the city. Each contained the dismembered portions of a man'# body. The right thigh and head are still missing. The man was apparently under 30, and was well built, and his hands were soft and white. The dismemberment was most skilfully perforated.
