The "Daily Herald" publishes a telegram, signed severally and unanimously l>y tho meinlvors of the British trades union delegation visiting Russia, stilting that they enquired into the matter of the Zinovieff letter with M. Zjnovieff, who maintained strongly that the letter was a forgery. He placed at the disposal of the delegation confidential records of the Communist International. The delegation was absolutely satisfied that the document was a forgery, and the members are bringing homo the full results of their detailed investigations. A separate despatch from a correspondent iu Moscow states that, as the result of a week's conversations, the British and Russian delegates arrived at an agreement to create an Anglo-Russian Committee for world trade union unity.

His asserted connexion between tho Communist Intel-national and the Soviet Government is simply absurd.
"\Vo must consider Mr Chamberlain's Note not only ns an attempt to exert pressure on the Soviet Government, with a Tiew to compelling it to grant concessions, but as a great provocation which wo. regard unmoved. Our position is strong, we won't retreat.''
