Zjnovieff, who maintained strongly that the letter was a forgery. He placed at the disposal of the delegation confidential records of the Communist International. The delegation was absolutely satisfied that the document was a forgery, and the members are bringing homo the full results of their detailed investigations. A separate despatch from a correspondent iu Moscow states that, as the result of a week's conversations, the British and Russian delegates arrived at an agreement to create an Anglo-Russian Committee for world trade union unity.
