The now J. C. "Williamson Entertainers have nudo good in Christchurcli, and have drawn large audiences to the Theatre Koyal since they commenced their eeason there. Hiss Hetty King is the star of the new company. She comes direct, from the "World's "Bit; Time'' circuits, and is the unchallenged holder of the international male impersonation title. The audience yesterday was treated to five perfect little impersonations, hut shining through all of them was Miss King's own bright personality. There ere seven otlu-r first-rate turns in the bill, the artists being Hollowav and Austin, eensaltional wire-walkers; ''General" I'.d. Lavine, eccentric juggler; Peter Donald and Meta Carson, two Scotch folk in "The Deck Hand " <i witlv sketch; Rosie Dlovd, "Londoil's ' Darling"" a.nd versatile entertainer; Ross, Barker, and McLennan, three musicians, in "Ace High Jazz"; Sam .Laveen and .lack Cross, demonstrators of sports not nlaved hv 'he Eomwi?; and Dudley Dale, dancer, raconteur, and lightning sketch artist.

List night Miss Hetty King introduced a new song in her turn. It was entitled "Pollv." and was given for the first time on any stage. The song, in which a live parrot i 3 handled by Miss King, was- enthusiastically received, and it will be featured bv Miss King on her reappearance in London." "Pollv" and the parrot will bo included in Miss King's turn this afternoon and evening. A matineo will be given _ this afternoon, und the season will end to-night.
