With weather conditions more favourable, shooting at the rifle meeting to-day was of a ki<rh standard, and numbers of possibles were registered. The keenness of the contests wae evidenced in the Dangar match, the first stago of the King's Prize. The winner scored a possible 70. Hunt (New Zealand), with a number of others, with 68, were placed twentv-first. A. Symonda is the only other sew Zealander who eo far lias figured in ruinor wine.
