ELECTION SEEMS INEVITABLE. (BT CABLK—9&HS AeeOCIATTOK—COPtBIOHT) (Stdkbv "Sxn" Smsncx.) BEEIiIK, October 14. A general election in Germany now seems inevitable. "Diet Zeit," Dr. Streseniann's official organ, says that Government circles no longer think -a solution of the political crisis is possible by negotiation with the par,ty leaders on the basis of widening the Coalition. It is thereforo considered necessary that the Reichstag should bo dissolved and new elections held. This statement shows that the People's Party, which was the prime mover in tho attempt to reconstruct the Cabinet by including tho Nationalists, has given up tho attempt.
