The terms aro in accordance with forecasts. AMERICAN QUOTA OVERSUBSCRIBED. (HUTU'S TILJOBAKS.) NEW YORK, October 14. Tho subscription books for the American, portion—llo,ooo,ooo*dollars—of the German loan -opened at 10 o'clock to-day and closed 12 minutes later, which indicated heavy oversubscription.
