It is learned from an official source (hat Germany's . c 00,000,000 gokl mark loan under the Pawcs scheme, which was finally arranged yesterday, will comprise an American portion of 110,000,000 dollars and a European part of £20,500,000. The loan "will be- issued in nil participating countries next week, nt 02, and will bear 7 per cent, interest. The J. r. Morgan group has taken the American portion, find the Bank of England covers tiic greater part of the European issue, in which France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Holland, Sweden and Germany participate. The loan is repayable in years, the European portion at par and tho American portion at 10.". Service of the loan takes precedence of all reparation payments. ( !
