The girl w«a staying with a, relative and Bayldon called at the house this morning with a motor lorry, stating her mother wanted to see Myrtle. They drove away together and nothing more was seen of them till evening, when it is reported to the police that Bayldon shot himself in the lorry, where they found him fatally wounded. He died shortly after. On lifting a tent fly in the vehicle, the police discovered the body of Myrtle Moore, with a terrible gash in the neck, and the head shattered.
